I have never heard of MIT wanting a medical school. Generally one needs a moderate to large teaching hospital at which the students do clinical rotations. So MIT would have to either use someone else's hospital or build one of their own. I’m certain that is is. I helped my husband get through medical school because he wasn’t as bright as I was.
